An interesting experiment by Croteam, the idea behind Fusion was to fuse all Serious Engine 3+ Serious Sam games into a single executable, running on always the latest stable build of the engine.
This project officially started as a "Serious Sam 3 Remaster" project, based on two "fan-patches" (one being my own "Serious Sam 3 Extended") and some extra additions like reintroducing some missing iconic enemies from the Classic games. Eventually it evolved into its current iteration, including the VR games as well.
Unlike the other projects, there is not a lot to show that's visually interesting. Many of the changes were to gameplay, enemy spawns, balance, etc.
